Helping you find your way.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with more than 10 years of experience in counseling, prevention, and education. I have worked with young adults, the aging community, parents, and members of the military, assisting clients with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and communication in relationships.
More recently, my personal experience with debilitating chronic pain has inspired me to help others suffering from chronic pain and chronic non-pain symptoms. Pain is a portal into other areas of our lives that need attention. Through mindbody approaches, such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy, I accompany my clients as they explore their relationship with themselves and others. Often, pain leads us to deeper conversations about relationships, parenting, trauma, existential fears, addiction, identity, and sexuality, to name a few.
I believe in an individual's ability to heal and thrive emotionally and physically through compassionate guidance and support. I also trust that the world's capacity for change and good begins with treating ourselves with loving patience and kindness. When you're ready to start this journey, I'm here to help.
